ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead with provable experience in the SaaS Tech Industry. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Sales Lead responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Lead duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and achieve annual sales targets
• Generate, nurture, and convert a steady stream of leads
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Oversee the generation of sales assets and kits
• Develop policies and playbooks for TinyURL sales activity
• Assist in hiring and managing additional sales personnel as needed
  
  

ABOUT YOU

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role for a SaaS company
• You have acute problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• You can communicate thoughts and ideas in both “technical” and “non-technical” manner;
• You are reliable and can be counted on to handle any immediate need that may arise if there is a system failure;
• You are a fast and dedicated learner able to absorb technical information;
• You stay aware of industry-specific landscapes and trends;
• You can thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and be transparent with deadline extensions when needed;
• You are fluent in written and verbal English;
• Your attention to detail is out of this world.
